Former Big Four Partner Joins Management Controls, Inc. as APAC Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Regional Growth

Date: 2025-09-25

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA -- Management Controls, Inc. (MCi), the global tech leader specialising in value realisation and cost optimisation solutions for asset-intensive industries, announced the appointment of Erin McCarthy as Chief Revenue Officer, APAC. Based in Brisbane, McCarthy will spearhead MCi’s growth across the Asia Pacific region, leveraging her Big Four consulting expertise to accelerate MCi’s vision as the global technology partner of choice for all heavy industrial organisations.

McCarthy brings nearly two decades of experience in growth strategy, innovation, and corporate transformation. Recognised for building high-performance teams and unlocking significant client value, she has a proven track record of delivering measurable results across large-scale transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining MCi, McCarthy was a Partner at Deloitte, where she led strategic and transformation programs for Asia Pac’s largest clients. She was also the founder of GLASS, a strategy and innovation tech firm acquired by Deloitte in 2023. Her deep relationships across Asia Pacific and extensive experience advising some of the region’s most prominent companies will be instrumental in driving MCi’s expansion.

“Erin’s appointment represents a strategic step in our global strategy,” said Ken Naughton, President of MCi. “Her background as a Big Four Partner and entrepreneurial mindset brings the experience and credibility needed to expand our reach and impact in Asia Pacific, helping organisations achieve greater visibility, safety compliance, and total management over project spend.”

Commenting on her appointment, McCarthy said: “I’m thrilled to join MCi at such a pivotal stage of their growth agenda. The majority of Australia’s largest businesses are under mounting pressure to deliver operational excellence initiatives whilst juggling major transformation programs in this fourth industrial revolution. MCi’s unique solutions are solving the most prominent business problems with unmatched results. We are ideally positioned to help organisations achieve their margin expansion goals, plus some, and I look forward to building strong partnerships and momentum across the region.”

With McCarthy at the helm, MCi is accelerating its APAC footprint to meet the growing demand for business cost transparency and safety compliance in oil and gas, chemicals, mining, power generation, pulp and paper, construction, and utilities.
